n49solutions.ca is operated by N49 Technologies Inc., carrying on business as N49 Solutions (“N49 Solutions”). The website presents our business technology solutions, industry experience, approach, complimentary review, and related materials.
Website terms only
These terms govern use of this website. They are not a service agreement, binding offer, quotation, statement of work, or promise that a particular result can be achieved. Submitting a form, requesting a review, or contacting us does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party to proceed. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, and support.
Complimentary review
The complimentary review uses information visible to the public without contacting the business or accessing an account. We may examine a business website, search results, public directory listings, reviews, locations, services, policies, and public contact information. We do not submit forms, make test calls, make bookings, contact employees or customers, or access private accounts, internal systems, customer records, restricted areas, or non-public information.
Review limits
A review is a point-in-time assessment of what was publicly visible when it was completed. It may not identify every issue and does not guarantee a business result. It is not a legal, privacy, security, accessibility, accounting, or regulatory audit. N49 Solutions may accept, decline, limit, postpone, or discontinue a review request.
Report cards and downloads
A recipient may keep and use a completed report card for its own internal business purposes. Sample reports are illustrative and do not promise the same findings or result. Reports, samples, and other downloads may not be resold, altered deceptively, or presented as another provider’s work. N49 Solutions retains ownership of its review method, scoring structure, templates, and branded materials.
Website information
We work to keep website information useful and current, but it is provided for general information and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Use of the website and reliance on its information are at your own discretion. We may change, suspend, or remove website content or features without notice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse a form, submit fraudulent or malicious material, impersonate another person or business, introduce malware, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable load on the website.
Working with third-party platforms

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any proceeding relating to these terms or the website will be brought in the courts of Ontario unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability and waiver
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term or the right to enforce it later.
