Referral policy

Who can refer
N49 Technologies Inc., carrying on business as N49 Solutions, administers this referral program. Current and former clients, business partners, and other people familiar with our work may introduce a business that could benefit from N49 Solutions.
What qualifies
A referral may qualify when the business is new to us, the introduction reaches us before the business contacts us independently, and the business enters into and pays for an eligible engagement. A form submission or introduction alone does not earn a reward.
Permission to introduce someone
Before sharing an individual's email address, telephone number, or other personal information, make sure they have agreed to the introduction. You may instead share publicly available general business information or ask the business to contact us directly. We decide whether and how to make contact and will do so only where permitted by applicable law.
Referral recognition
The written referral offer in effect when we receive the referral determines any credit, reward, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. Unless that offer says otherwise, a reward is not cash, is not transferable, and is earned only after the qualifying engagement has been paid as agreed.
Disclosure
If you recommend N49 Solutions while eligible to receive a referral benefit, disclose that connection clearly when making the recommendation, including in public posts, reviews, or direct introductions.
Existing and duplicate referrals
Existing clients, businesses already in active discussions with us, self-referrals, and referrals involving a business controlled by the referrer do not qualify unless we confirm otherwise in writing. If more than one person refers the same business, the first eligible introduction recorded by us takes priority.
Cancellations, refunds, and taxes
A cancelled, unpaid, refunded, reversed, or fraudulent engagement does not qualify. We may cancel or recover a reward affected by an error, refund, chargeback, misrepresentation, or abuse. The recipient is responsible for any tax obligation associated with a reward.
No obligation to proceed
There is no limit on the number of eligible businesses you may introduce, but we may decline any referral or engagement. A referral does not create an obligation for N49 Solutions or the referred business to proceed.

Changes
We may change, suspend, or end the referral program at any time. The date above identifies the current policy. A reward already earned under the applicable written offer will be honoured.
